Gifts and other services
Merkur Dosniha Staff may not receive, request or accept gifts, benefits or advantages from managers, employees or collaborators of other companies, foundations or associations in the performance of their activities, except when they are of symbolic value or are a sign of courtesy that does not condition the professionalism and independence of the person accepting them.

In any case, the attention or gift to a particular client or partner will need prior communication and authorization from the General Management.
Responsible use of the Company's resources
The Company undertakes to make available to its Personnel the necessary resources for the performance of their professional activity.
The Company will provide all its employees with the electronic tools, as well as access to the Internet, needed to carry out their usual tasks.
For their part, the Personnel undertake to use all electronic devices for professional use, to inform their manager or the IT Department in the event of any incident, not to install any type of software or application in addition to those already installed by the Company, and to use the Internet and e-mail only for professional purposes.
