Before sending any material to be repaired, you must fill in and send this form so that we can assign you an authorization number. Once you have obtained this number (RMA) you can send it.
IMPORTANT: Your shipment will not be received if you do not have an RMA number. If the material is not returned within 14 days, you will be invoiced for the value of the piece.
The follow-up of your RMA will be done through the e-mail you write in the form. You can ask any question about your RMA by replying to the e-mail you receive, without changing the "SUBJECT" field.
